Rules

These Rules are a significant part of the Partnership agreement.

A partner can send traffic by any convenient way, using the affiliate links of various types and all available material provided in the "Promo" section or that one agreed with the administration.

There is a list of means that are prohibited to use for attracting traffic to your site:

• the use of any forms of spam like through email, icq, guestbook and forum, social networking, etc.;
• the use of the programs and services that somehow automate the process of surfing. It is also prohibited to use Active Advertising systems and any other sponsorship programs for automatic program installation. The administration can ban the account of a partner, who creates such installations using the aforementioned systems or any other systems of installation;
• the use of advertising messages that do not meet the requirements of current advertising legislation;
• the use of exploits and similar tools (automatic redirection, setting a start page and pop-ups on closing the page, etc.);
• the use of pop-ups on clicking a direct affiliate link.

It is prohibited to make any promotion without the permission of the administration. It is forbidden to give unreliable and false information to deceive the users.

It is also forbidden to create multiple accounts by one partner without the permission of the administration.

Payment is made once every two weeks — on the 5th and 20th day of each month. There is 20-day hold on cash. Thus, funds earned for the period from the 1st to 15th day of the month will be paid on the 5th day of the next month; those earned from 16th to 31st day — will be paid on 20th day of the next month.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Payments are made through Webmoney electronic payment system in WMZ format and through epese payment system.

Payments are made only to the partners, who followed the rules of affiliate program and partnership agreement.

The administration reserves the right to check the traffic sources and quality and withhold payment based on the results of such a check (in case the traffic was generated by prohibited means), as well as to ban the account if the traffic is of a low quality.

The terms of affiliate program can be unilaterally changed by the administration.
